[HASTINGS, NE March 25, 2024] — Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI) has announced its plans to expand grain storage and unloading speed at its location in Hildreth, NE. The expansion will add 800,000 bushels of storage space and upgrade the ground pile unload speed to 25,000 bushels per hour. Construction has begun with clearing the ground for the new piles. Completion is planned before the fall harvest 2024.
“This investment at Hildreth will increase our unload speed by 100% and total storage space by 42%. The additional speed and space will significantly improve our ability to dump both soybeans and corn for our patrons,” said Justin Yoesel, Vice President of Grain at Cooperative Producers, Inc. “CPI is committed to getting our patrons through our facilities quickly and back to the field.” Further details will be available as the project progresses.
