CPI is dedicated to helping its farmer-owners succeed, and the Board of Directors has determined that amending the Bylaws is necessary to better serve our members and patrons.
While the Board regularly reviews CPI’s Bylaws and other governance documents with legal counsel, it has been several years since stockholders were asked to consider amendments.
Your Board of Directors has reviewed and is proposing several changes to the Cooperative’s Bylaws in order to reflect the current business environment and to clarify some vagueness in our existing governance structure.
