[HASTINGS, NE [August 14, 2025] – Cooperative Producers, Inc. (CPI), a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Hastings, Nebraska, and CHS, a farmer-owned cooperative based in Holdrege, Nebraska, have entered into an agreement under which CPI will acquire all CHS assets located in Roseland and Bladen, NE.
The sale is expected to close on August 31, 2025. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We are confident these facilities will provide strategic value for CPI given the alignment with their trade territory. This realignment also creates additional opportunities to strengthen and maximize efficiencies for the cooperative system in Nebraska,” said Kent Mulder, vice president of operations for CHS.

Letters with additional information have been mailed directly to CHS stockholders.
