To better support CPI’s continued growth and strengthen service to customers and member-owners, CPI has updated its leadership structure.
As part of the organizational alignment, the cooperative’s Feed, Energy, and Agronomy departments will now operate under a unified Vice President of Retail. The Grain department will continue to report through the Vice President of Grain, while Operations, Safety, Finance, and Human Resources will continue to report directly to the CEO.
This updated structure is designed to strengthen collaboration across CPI’s retail operations, improve coordination between departments, and position the cooperative for continued growth while maintaining a strong focus on serving customers and member-owners.
